Darren, thank you, I will do that. I am on a stupid amount of meds. I have actually lost a significant amount of weight in the past year due to going on a LCHF diet. It changed my life honestly. I have just had a difficult time adding in exercise due to physical limitations. I did ok to start with, I was following my sister’s workout plan (she’s a Beachbody coach and a runner) but found I can’t come close to keeping up with her, so it discouraged me and I quit. I will say, I did a crazy (to me) 30 day squat challenge with her at one point and was impressed with myself that I managed to complete it. By the end of the month, on the last day, I did 250 squats. I had, before the start of the challenge, probably done 10 squats in my entire life.
