Duncan, thank you, apologies not needed, but appreciated. It appears you are one of the good ones. I believe that education, treatment, and rehabilitation are important, in this and drug issues. However, with this and the aforementioned drug issues, we have to get the people involved to actually commit to the programs. I have dealt with people in both these areas, and unfortunately, it seems that they are likely to re-offend as soon as they are left to their own devices, or when things in their lives get hard. It is a sad and terrifying cycle for those around them.
